Sixth Form Transition Packs

Welcome to our Summer Transition Packs page for prospective Year 12 students. These subject-specific packs are designed to support progression from GCSE to A-Level study and to ensure a confident and well-prepared start to Sixth Form. Each pack includes essential reading, preparatory tasks and activities that will help students develop the skills and knowledge required for Sixth Form. Students are expected to complete the materials over the summer in order to begin Year 12 with confidence, focus and a strong academic foundation.
